Halloween spirits

So I have noticed that there have been a large amount of terrible accidents and crimes this past month. More than usual, at least where I live. News reports of car accidents, shootings, suicides, freak accidents, all taking lives or seriously injuring someone, have filled the newspapers in my hometown. I wonder if it's just coincidence or...something else.

I think it's important to remember that we are always involved in spiritual warfare. And while demons and evil spirits might not have any more power during the month of October then any other month. I think people are more open to the supernatural around Halloween.
This might give the demons a little more of a hold on people and allow them to twist their minds even further to the breaking point.

We all need to remember to pray very hard for our friends family and and for the general safety of people everywhere.
And never forget that we are always fighting a spiritual battle.

  1. Hey, good job, bro. I've kinda noticed it too..on the news the other night they were talking about a satanic church, calling it "the only legal satanic church".
Honestly, I don't think any of them should be legal.

  2. Halloween used to be a religious holiday; being mostly with the catholics (celts) to celebrate their churchs martyrs plus it was Nov. 1st when they did it. But seeing as how people spread across the seas and around the world, it began a game of telephone that Satan decide to sit on and it progressed to the pagan holiday it is. Just like many holidays it starts with good intention but more often than not ends up twisted. Same for Christmas; no longer about Christ, but about every individuals selfish wants.

Satan has a strong hand on this world, at least until God decides it is enough. Until that time believers need to understand all the dangers and meanings of these holidays. Saddens me how blind so many are.

Sorry, that turned into a lot longer of a comment than intended... =/
